Sunday Morning Bible Study Classes
Early Bird Bible Study starts at 8:30 am and meets in the Youth Room.
Join with other adults looking to dig deeper into The Word with topical studies that extend over a period of weeks. Contact John Hockert for more information.

Women’s Bible Study starts at 8:45 am and meets in the Fellowship Hall.
This is a class for women of all ages.  Bring your Bible and join the conversation!

RRUMC Scintillating Seniors

Seniors at Rio Rancho United Methodist church have no formal organization or regular meeting times. Ideas for activities for the Seniors come informally from seniors in the church.  Activities of seniors (and guests) have included trips to museums; The Museum of Natural  History; The Albuquerque Museum; The J & R Auto Museum; The Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum. and The Unser Racing Museum.

They have visited The Albuquerque Aquarium; The Albuquerque Botanical Gardens; The Rio Grande Zoo; taken a guided tour of Old Town; taken a guided tour of the Valles Caldera; had a picnic in the Jemez Mountains; taken a tour of the Dixon Apple Farm with picnic; attended Musical Concerts of the Duke City Sound (an Albuquerque barbershop chorus) and attended Senior Seminars of the United Methodist Church.

The seniors often gather for meals after the second Sunday morning Worship Service.  Such restaurant visits have included: The Hot Tamale; The Range Café; Zea’s Rotisserie; Zio’s Italian Restaurant; The Lonestar Steakhouse; Mimi’s; and Cazuela’s Restaurant.  The Seniors are always looking for activities and visits.
